Our new mental health facility opened its doors in downtown Red Bluff<\/a><\/strong> in September, providing much-needed mental health services to the community. North American Mental Health Services (NAMHS) expanded its reach with the launch of our seventh location, and our first primary clinic in Red Bluff.<\/p>\n

This Red Bluff clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Medication Management<\/li>\n
  2. Talk Therapy<\/li>\n
  3. Counseling<\/li>\n
  4. Substance Abuse Programs (CDOP)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Blake Mayfield of Action News Now reported, \u201cNorth American Mental Health Services has been serving Northern California since 2011, and currently provides care to over 10,000 people each month.” The new Red Bluff facility is part of NAMHS’s continued mission to make mental health services more accessible to communities in need.<\/p>\n

    A Convenient Location to Serve the Community<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The clinic is conveniently located in the Riverside Plaza Shopping Center, near bus stops and local amenities like Dollar Tree, making it easier for underserved communities to access the care they need. NAMHS is focused on serving patients who are part of the Medi-Cal and Medicare programs, and also offers services for those with Partnership Health Plan insurance. Additionally, the clinic is working to expand its coverage to include private insurance.<\/p>\n

    Culturally Competent Care<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Understanding the diverse needs of the Red Bluff community, the clinic will also have bilingual staff available to support Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring that language barriers don\u2019t stand in the way of receiving quality care. The new facility will have four providers on staff, including a marriage counselor and behavioral health specialists, all dedicated to bringing hope and healing to the community.<\/p>\n

    “We know that there are many people who have previously seen members of our team, and we\u2019re excited to bring back familiar faces to serve the community in new capacities,\u201d NAMHS COO Kristen Lembcke said.<\/p>\n

    Grand Opening Event<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The clinic had a soft opening on September 16th, with the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for October 10th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event will provide an opportunity for the community to tour the new facility, meet the providers, and learn more about the services offered.<\/p>\n

    Changing Lives to Change the Future<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    As NAMHS expands, the goal remains the same: to provide accessible, compassionate mental health care to the communities we serve. “We want this to be another access point that really meets the needs of the area, bringing healing and hope. We\u2019re changing lives to change the future,” Lembcke stated.<\/p>\n
